Refund & Return Policy

At Vibecart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • An unboxing video may be required as proof (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • The request is made after the allowed time

  • The item is damaged by the customer

  • Minor color/design variations occur (due to lighting or display differences)


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.


3. Return Shipping Charges

Vibecart does NOT provide free return shipping.

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Any shipping, handling, or platform charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If prepaid order: return shipping cost and transaction charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount.

  • If COD order: shipping charges and COD handling fees will be deducted before processing refund.

The store will not bear any return shipping costs.


4. Prepaid Orders Refund Policy

For prepaid orders:

  • Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Return shipping charges and payment gateway fees will be deducted.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

If the customer refuses delivery of a prepaid order, shipping charges and transaction fees will be deducted before refund.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Policy

For COD orders:

  • If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.

  • If a return is approved for COD order, shipping charges, COD handling charges, and reverse logistics costs will be deducted.

  • Refund for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after deduction of applicable charges.

  • Customer must provide correct bank/UPI details for refund processing.

Many ecommerce stores in India follow similar policies to prevent misuse of COD services.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care products

  • Beauty items

  • Innerwear

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items


7. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refund approval may take 2–5 business days

  • Payment processing may take 7–10 business days

  • Bank delays are not under our control


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Shipping charges and payment gateway fees may be deducted for cancelled prepaid orders.


9. Policy Abuse

Vibecart reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Block customers who repeatedly misuse return or COD services
